Machinery at the heart of the production process in which the product dehydration, drying and sterilisation stages are carried out. PED certified to operate entirely safely and efficiently.
 
Melter | Pre-heater Used for continuous melting at low temperature (about 95°) of untreated, minced, slaughterhouse by-products.
 
Discontinuous cooker steriliser Steriliser and discontinuous cooker for processing untreated or semi-processed slaughterhouse by-products.
 
Continuous cooker Used for continuous cooking and dehydrating of untreated or semi-processed slaughterhouse by-products.
 
Continuous dryer Non-stop indirect steam drier, particularly suitable for drying protein flour of animal origin with a low-fat content.
 
Hydrolyzer Used for breaking down feathers, making it easier to subsequently transform them into highly digestible, protein flour for livestock use.
 
Blood unit Suitable for the coagulation and sterilisation of animal blood.
